Georgi Georgiev
Co-founder of IPfabrika with extensive experience in trademark registration, industrial design protection, and handling numerous opposition proceedings before the Bulgarian and European Patent Offices.
Dimitar Petrov
Co-founder of the IPfabrika platform with a practice specializing in protection and assistance in cases of copyright infringement. He has extensive experience in both out-of-court and in-court resolution of cases related to the Copyright Act and related rights.
Aniniya Nenkova
Aniniya Nenkova is a lawyer who actively works in trademark protection. Driven by the principle of fairness as a core value in law, she approaches each case and client with meticulous attention to detail. She also has a strong interest in industrial designs and patents.
Desislava Veleva
Desislava Veleva is a lawyer with interests in trademarks and copyright. Engaging in photography in her spare time, she strives to find the intersection of law and art, thus contributing to a wide-ranging view of each case.
Venelina Velichkova
Venelina Velichkova is responsible for IPfabrika’s branding, marketing, and advertising. She has over 10 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and event management, along with approximately 15 years of experience in journalism.
Radina Petrova
Radina Petrova is our Customer Relations Associate. Her responsibilities include receiving and processing inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate specialists within the IP Fabrika team. She has experience working with clients and managing documentation, having previously worked with foreign companies.
